N11 to Bray South exit, it’s the one after Herbert Road.

At Hill’s Garage roundabout take 1st exit back over N11.

At roundabout take 1st exit up Kilcroney Lane past Kilcroney
furniture on right.

At the top of Kilcroney Lane there is a T Junction, turn left.

After 100m turn right up Rocky Valley Drive.

Drive up hill, slow down as you see house with red roof on left, with
a reddish pink wall. Shortly after there is a little cross roads, go
straight ahead up the small lane,

Myrtle Cottage on right, our black gates will be in front of you.

House name Caie Le Mar.

You cannot see the house from the drive, please ring the gate buzzer
and then drive up the drive past the house to the studio.
