How it Works

Fill out the health assessment form Then please pay for your classes on theyogabarre.ie. You will have access to these classes so you can do them anytime that suits YOU! 

What you'll need

  • Comfortable clothes, leggings, vest/t-shirt

  • You'll need a comfortable, quiet space with a counter top or chair

  • A yoga mat if you have one (and birthing ball for some exercises).

  • You should have plenty of water.

  • Make sure that whatever device you're watching on is fully charged!

  • Make sure you have decent network

What you can expect

1 hour Pregnancy Yoga Class  including lots of stretches and yoga postures to help ease backache, calf and hip tension, release shoulders and rib tightness and relieve postural problems. In each class we will cover a different breathing technique for labour, birthing positions and affirmations with lots of tips for pregnancy and birth. The class will finish with some breathing and relaxation techniques.

This class is energetic and active so please do the exercises with caution and listen to your body first, esp with any injuries present.
