Our classes cater for all stages of motherhood with an emphasis on creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for everyone. Going through pregnancy and the early stages of becoming a new parent can be isolating, we pride ourselves on bringing people together and welcome group conversations both before and after class.
Yoga is a relaxing yet physical activity that has many benefits for the body and mind. It helps you become more aware of your body's posture, alignment and patterns of movement. It makes the body more flexible and helps you relax even in the midst of stressful situations, like giving birth. The aim for us is to create healthy, happy and confident students, ready for the next phase of life; being a parent.
Mummys Tummy was set up by Caroline Whelan who has over 12 years experience working with Mums-to-be and babies.
